Phil Savage joined SportBusiness Group from Electric Word plc which acquired the company in 2006. Having been Publishing Director of SportBusiness Group for seven years, he now leads SportBusiness Communications which helps organisations within the business of sport to achieve their communications goals.

Clients include National Olympic Committees, International and Continental Sports Federations, aspiring host cities and umbrella and para-sport bodies within the business and administration of sport.

He has 20 years media experience in business sectors as diverse as law, finance, telecoms and emerging markets and is able to bring this knowledge to bear on the various disciplines in sport.
